I wasn't wrong in the first place, all foods have calorie value so all foods can make you put on weight, carbs and sugars among them, I'm not the one who said "Carbs don't make you put on weight" what the hell is that?
Anyway .......... moving on.
Doing something very interesting, I have years worth of recorded calories each week so am adding up my weekly totals to see what effects each weeks total calories had on my weight e.g gain, loss or maintained.
They are from 2018 March, July and April samples.
I'll post them up soon.
