I finally got round to getting tickets for War Horse. For someone who's become used to getting tickets randomly for the same day or a few days time, it came as a bit of a shock to be told that best availability was now in late MAY :? You can go sooner but I like to be near the front.

Oh well ive heard its really good so should be worth waiting for

Matt Lucas (Little Britain) will play the role of Thenardier in Les Miserables from June 23rd. Its a comedy role and it should suit him well, as long as hes got the voice for it.

Opera singer Alfie Boe will play Jean Valjean.

I went to see Wicked a few days ago.

It was like being mugged. I can not believe that that show has run for as long as it has. It is unspeakably shit. Pure, naff, cliche'd, hellish crap.

Sometimes there just isnt enough vomit. The set, the story, the script, and above all the dreadful music. A third rate amature production squatting in a West End theatre.

I went to watch Woman in black when I went to Covent Garden. Wasn't that good.

Damn, I didn't realise, we were lucky then. We were also lucky that we paid £10 for "best available left" and ended up in the front row

I saw the new production of Miss Saigon tonight. Pretty good. If you're going to watch it dont read about it first. Lots of twists and surprises.

Massive set. Probably the most spectacular in the West End
