A fluffer is someone who gives blow jobs to the male porn star inbetween takes to keep him hard.

Basically someone who didn't quite make the grade to be on film but still gets paid for sexual services, probably one of the most demeaning and soul destroying jobs ever devised

I have been in the volunteer brigade it's great apart from the car accidents

It's quite difficult here in the states.

Very competitive and a rigorous hiring process.

There are people who make it to the firefighter oral exam multiple times and never get past that stage, they really scrutinize you.

I know a volunteer firefighter who has been trying to become a full fledged member for 8 years now.

I will at least try to become a volunteer, even a handful of shifts a month would be amazing.
