........... are you taking the p*ss?

How are you not a fatty at your height with those sorts of calories, I turn into a beached whale if I eat more than 2,000.

I'm 212 lbs currently and need to go down to 196 lbs to get this quarantine belly off me.

Y'all are some fatasses wtf. It's been a struggle to get to 172 lbs at 6'1.

That's because I'm man size and Dejan is LOTR Gimley ........... you've obviously got the body of a metro sexual. :rofll:

I love it when I make myself laugh.

I'm 5'11, I need to get my ass down to 195 lbs, damn this quarantine life.

Just to note, Mike Tyson is 5'10 and heavier than me so just because I'm 5'11 doesn't mean I'm a Homer Simpson, muscle density my man, I'm slim line with a flat stomach at 191 lbs.
I just find it too hard starving myself down to 190 anymore, 195 is a good baseline for me.

I also feel the best at 190-195. Need to drop ten pounds this summer. Gets harder as you age and your knees squeak.
He/His/Non-Menstruater/Postmenopausal/non-vaginal male. Yup all man!

No man.

Ive been doing bodybuilding/powerlifting style training for the last 7 or 8 years strict.
The more muscle you gain, the more calories you need obviously. I think when i first started i was already eating 2400 on my bulk. At my peak condition i needed fuxking 4000.

Around 180lbs atm, going to go on a dreamer(fat) bulk to 190 when the quarantaine is gone

Surely though you have to be working out almost daily though right?

My mate has / had an insane physique flat washboard abs and 18" arms ......... I hate the bastard lol, but tbf he barely works just trains and rests.

I work long hours that's my issue, I can only get to the gym 3x a week, I train well but its annoying I can't get as fit as I used to be because of time dedicated to £££.

Well I'm quite good in a structured work week but when I'm not (like now) I'm a bit of a nightmare, I have the appetite of a Heavy weight but I get fat, that's why I hate when hearing people like Dejan don't get fat on 4,000 calories.

A typical work day for me is ...............

Mon-thurs

Morning: 50g Nuts

Afternoon: Fruit (A banana or grapes) / or on a training day I'll have 70g of Bran cereal

Dinner: Portion of brown carbs like Rice and either Red meat or Chicken with Spinach

This adds up to around 1,400

Friday: is 2,000 cals because I go boxing that day after work and I skip breakfast on a saturday
Sandwich, chocolate or a sweet treat, small dinner or cereal after gym

Saturday: Sandwich & crisps or a dinner left over from the week then I go out. :1970_two_smileys_drinking_beer_together.gif:

Sunday: Hangover eat what I want day, usually a McDonalds or Pizza :1990_dancing.gif:

I used to train 6 times a week for a long time, but I dont have the decication for that anymore. Usually floating around 4 or 5 times a day but like last year ive worked 6 months full time in a row (took a half year off from uni) and I really sticked with 4 because I felt my body needed that extra rest day.

If you want to upper your sessions per week then perhaps the biggest advice I can give you is use both days of the weekend. Im alot more motivated myself on saturday and sunday because I know I have barely anything to do that day.
But 3 days is also fine, as long as you structure your routine.

I’ve been running and mountain biking, plus meeting mates during lockdown for evening walks.

Motivation is a problem though when it’s cold and dark.

Incliner - best equipment I have bought (except my indoor golf simulator :) ).
Up to 60 degree incline and walks / runs in 1000's places all over the world.
Just finished walking to Everest base camp on it.
Had piled on the pounds . but lost it all in 4 months - 20kg.

I've been running all through lockdown, well and before becasue it's what I do! Went running two weeks ago today, got up the next morning in absolute pain down my right side - sciatica. I could barely walk last weekend, much better today but still in pain. I didn't sleep too well last night - again. I was taking brutal painkellers last weekend because the pain was so bad. I could only sit for 10 seconds, stand for ten seconds and walk around a bit. I couldn't even lie down. They are addicitive co-codomol so I didn't want to take them for too long, so I'm just taking paracetamol a couple of times a day as required.

Anyone else had sciatica which stopped them running and did you get back to running again? I mean, a really bad episode.

Or just cold and blowing a gale which is what it's been like where I live for ages. We've has some nice, warmish, wind-free running days over the last two weeks, just when I can't run!
