Finally got my deadlift to > 2.75x bodyweight—445 lbs. @ 162 lbs. feelsgoodman.jpg

I have the frame to get to 180+ lbs, but that's a lot of extra calories, and I already feel like I'm at my maximum caloric intake per day lol

I'm already eating ~3,000 calories per day. If I want to gain weight, I'll need to up it to ~3,500 calories per day. I honestly don't know where to put the extra 500 calories.

My hat is off to gym bros who are 5'9-6'2 and 185+. That's some serious eating dedication lol

Praise be to deadlift and farmer's walk.

My forearms and fingers thank me when rock climbing. It's such a unique activity; my patience and balance have increased tenfold this summer.

How are you not a fatty at your height with those sorts of calories, I turn into a beached whale if I eat more than 2,000.

I'm 212 lbs currently and need to go down to 196 lbs to get this quarantine belly off me.

I love it when I make myself laugh.

I'm 5'11, I need to get my ass down to 195 lbs, damn this quarantine life.

Just to note, Mike Tyson is 5'10 and heavier than me so just because I'm 5'11 doesn't mean I'm a Homer Simpson, muscle density my man, I'm slim line with a flat stomach at 191 lbs.
I just find it too hard starving myself down to 190 anymore, 195 is a good baseline for me.
