could probably get away with training legs once a fortnight.
you will get laughed at for having chicken legs, not for having less developed legs than upper body, assuming reasonable leg development is still there.
Case in point; Kinobody. Guy has a large upper compared to his legs, but no one gives a f*ck because he still looks great, and it is clear that he is not skipping leg day completely.

Also depends on how brawny you are. As long as you aren't too bulky, having smaller legs won't be that noticeable. If you are a hulk with twigs for legs though you will look comical.

What about your split and goals? Are you more into look or strengt? Or a combination of both?

pure strenght training
currently on 5/3/1. Still slighty recovering from SI joint inflamation but so far so good.

attempting to hit a 140kg bench PR in 3 weeks

I have never tried this system 5/3/1
But i have heared very good things about it...

So you got this Injury from squats or deadlifts? How do you bench it with a stop on your chest right?
