Up to 60 degree incline and walks / runs in 1000's places all over the world.
Just finished walking to Everest base camp on it.
Had piled on the pounds . but lost it all in 4 months - 20kg.

What is that?

Treadmill that has a screen with walks and runs around the world that inclines and decline automatically based on the terrain.

I like the look of that, it's not cheap though.

I joined a gym in December 2020 to strengthen muscles which were potentially causing injury because of weakenss. That didn't last very long.

I am seriously hacked off with this sciatica now. Even doing the exercises suggested by the physio causes hours of pain. I went to the doctor yesterday and was told I had to take my painkillers so that I could do the exercises as the exercises are the only thing that will make me better.

Are you overweight?

Just asking because my wife suffered with bad sciatica three times in her life. The three times she was heavily pregnant. As soon as she had the babies it disappeared.

No, I'm not fat, I usually run 12 to 16 miles a week. I think the baby is pressing on the sciatic nerve in those instances. My neighbour had it for four weeks until the baby moved ready to be born.

you can just do bodyweight stuff at home or in some park tho

unless you can already do full weighted pistol squats and weighted one hand pullups, theres almost no input you can't give your body just because you don't have access to weights
