Yup - it is the same pill that Trump was trying to get through but the media went all-in on calling it bad science and a danger.
They amongst others potentially delayed its approval by months - because of Orange Man Bad.

I have a sneaky feeling I may of contracted Covid from being out on the weekend at a friends birthday, the club was rammed so I wouldn't be surprised.

Its either Covid or a normal virus but I feel weird.

Going for my booster on Saturday.

I had the Oxford Astrazeneca vaccine but I think they're giving out the Moderna and Pfizer Biontech vaccines for the booster.

Studies have shown that combinations like this are more effective.

Yes but can't go till Friday, working from home till then.

I've still got something now so it's likely to show if I have.

Its either Covid or a bad viral infection, feel like crap.

Might be flu.

Don't you have any of those DIY test kits? You can get them for nothing. Handy to have.

No and from what I hear they're not always accurate.

I can't get a wrong result because I'm due in the office next week and the last thing they want is me spreading it so I need to have a PCR.

I do feel a bit fluish but the Flu usually bed riddens me for days so, but yeah I haven't had the flu in years and this is the closest feeling to it.

Got hot and cold flushes, I read that you get chills when you have a viral infection because your body can combat viruses better when your at hotter temperature, hence why you get a fever when ill.

Definitely what I have.

The only question is which virus is it? find out Friday / Saturday.

I don't know when I'll get a booster since I originally got the Moderna two-dose regimen, and the CDC is only recommending people over 65, 18+ who have preexisting conditions, and 18+ who work in environments that are COVID susceptible.

Both of my Moderna doses were 100 micrograms, but I heard that Moderna reduced the booster to only 50μg since, apparently, the 100μg is overkill lol Might also be why Moderna recipients have had the worst side effects out of any of the vaccines.

Hope all is good DG
Cases starting to rise here govt has mandated alot of work force vaccination which imo is wrong, not anti vax but definitely pro choice.

Forcing someone to undergo medical treatment they don't want is a violation of UN Human Rights law. It is absolutely disgusting what the NZ PM is doing to her people. She is behaving like a dictator here.

Hopefully all okay DG?

Interesting that cases are starting to fall away now as it’s mostly kids getting it and once it’s through them, it’ll be mostly done. After that it will be around for years to come, but shouldn’t affect our lifestyles.

I got the Pfizer one yesterday. Not sure what the dose was.

No ill effects so far.
