That's professional athlete level and qualifies him to represent Great Britain at the next Commonwealth Games and European Championships.

It's the first marathon he's ever run.

He trains in his spare time, running with his dog.

What an extraordinary story.

Where i grew up there was heaps of my m8s who could do similar times with similar stories the dog being the only difference, it was usually being chased by a police dog lol

Does anyone else on here go through music genre phases?

Like a couple weeks ago, I couldn't listen to anything but hip-hop. Now, I'm in the mood for rock. And in a couple more weeks, I'll probably be at a point where I'm not picky and anything goes.

Sorry Lmao but if I ever listen to hip hop I will shoot myself.

Listen to all kinds of music. If I like a song, I'll listen to it. Couldn't care less who sings it or what genre it is.

Because of that, I have a weird collection of songs on my phone

Yeah although I have to admit, I'm finding harder to listen to Hip-Hop these days A) because its nowhere near as good as 90's / 2,000's and B) Because as I'm getting older it just doesn't talk to me the same way as when I was a nipper.

Can't really be singing about crime, b*tches, drugs and hoes when your middle aged lol....... although I do sometimes. :sneaky:

I mainly listen to House, rock, oldies 70's / 80's, Hip Hop now and again.

When I was young it was all House & Garage, Hip-Hop and I was big into RnB when it was good ......... RnB has fkin sunk now, I call it RnP (Rhythm & Pop).

Show racism the red card day today.

Wearing red at work. Proud to see everyone is.

No doubt some will have a problem with this as they do with taking a knee and so on

Yeah I don't think anyone outside London will be doing such a pointless display, they do love a good pointless display in London that's for sure.

I'm all for no racism ........ but I'm not up for looking like a plonker or being such a sheep, thank god I work from home lol.
