The British police are fkin disgusting in some areas and they never get held to account, I don't know how they legally get this protection but they are never taken to task for things like this and its for things like this where I agree they should be lit up, in the press and everything.

For some reason they were just out to destroy this mans life and succeeded, how can this happen with no evidence?

The establishment in England is far to insulated and protected, they sweep things under a bureaucratic rug and it remains hidden and buried most times.

I'm sorry but if you can't tell your left from your right in a situation where the perp did not have a weapon and you had a spare second to think about what you're doing, then you shouldn't be a police officer. That being said, he should never have resisted arrest.

I agree, if you know the cops are trigger happy then you comply with what they say and deal with it in a cooler situation.
