I wasn't wrong in the first place, all foods have calorie value so all foods can make you put on weight, carbs and sugars among them, I'm not the one who said "Carbs don't make you put on weight" what the hell is that?

Anyway .......... moving on.

Doing something very interesting, I have years worth of recorded calories each week so am adding up my weekly totals to see what effects each weeks total calories had on my weight e.g gain, loss or maintained.

They are from 2018 March, July and April samples.

I'll post them up soon.

Maintain 2,000 cal

Gain 2,285+ cal

Its concrete as I took the results from around 10 weeks and compared them.

No i'll drop my weight and maintain till winter where I'll have a break and do it again.

Last year i lost all my weight by end of April, same again would be nice.

How tall are you? I'm 5'11.

The last time I was 84kg I was 22 yrs old.

Weighed 85kg when I had my amateur boxing matches, was 23 /24 at that time.

To be fair the fact that I get down to just under 88kg in summer at my age now is pretty damn good considering my weight when I was in my 20's, only a 4kg increase although I spend a lot of the year at 90kg
