I reckon he was for sale but seeing as there was rumours of Bayern wanting to sign him, Pulis probably upped the price when AW rang.

poor game on wednesday but comments like [has there ever been a game where a fabianski foul up has not led to a goal] are a little harsh.13 clean sheets suggest otherwise

Considering he's only made 25 starts for the club (most of which have been played behind our reserves and fringe players), I'd say that record is quite impressive.

There we go man. No one seems to give the kid some slack, oh wait, no one gives any of the youngsters slack. Thanks Wenger for slotting him in during a knockout champions league game and in a late FA Cup game after sitting on the bench for months but not at least giving him a go when Almunia was playing like a under 15 goalie.

You don't have to believe me, but I know what it takes to be a good goalkeeper and he ain't got it.

He may be a decent keeper one day, maybe something close to where Almunia is now. But he will never be top quality.

If you want to keep giving him chances, fine by me. But he will continue to disappoint.

I really do feel bad for him...

He may have the talent and skill for the position, but he clearly doesn't have the mind.

Its fear and doubt. He's so afraid of making a mistake he is doomed to make one.

He's flappier than a 75 year old pussy.

Decent enough shot-stopper, usually...

he showed some good reactions in the past. and he looks like a good stoper on the line but he's always making stupid mistakes and he's also weak when he needs to catch the crosses.
