Right away I didn't like Denilson this season. Gave the ball away too much.... way too much. But he's getting better, and I've actually seen a few games in which I said he played well and deserved some credit.

Still do not think he should be a regular starter though. As a defensive mid he doesn't scare anyone on the opposing team, nor does he cover the necessary ground. He's still Carling Cup material, and perhaps certain CL and FA Cup games to spell others.
