Vela off next?

He rarely played, even when injuries were high so this will not be a major loss in terms of who we field. I want him to stay though as he could be capable of breaking through. Lets hope he has a good world cup.

Meh to be perfectly honest I wouldn't bat an eyelid if he left. Of course he has a lot of potential, but potential doesn't always turn into success.

We should wait till after world cup to decide whether to sell him.
If he has a god one, his price will be so much higher, and he will be in more demand.
If he has an ok world cup, there may be benefit in loaning him out for a bit, or trying him ahead of Eduardo, if only to give eddie a kick in right direction.

f**k vela, he's been shit when he's had a chance.
i don't want him to go as i'd throw him in the deep end next season and prove himself or flop, but i think he's far more likely to flop.
he was shit against england the other day, he can blame it on lack of gametime all he wants, he still missed two absolute sitters.

He was brilliant against Holland last night. When him and Giovanni came on; they changed the game and outplayed the Dutch. Yeah that manure c*nt scored, but apart from that goal; he did f*ck all. Vela and Dogfaced Santos were quality last night.

...and Eduardo has missed 68 sitters in real matches, not in meaningless friendlies.

Vela missed sitters did he?

They were hardly sitters, he made the space, the run to get into the positions and he was denied by two of the best saves you will likely ever see.

Big difference.

I agree.
I wouldn't notice if he left.

From what I saw, he was able to score in La Liga! Hasn't cut it over here but I think he's worth keeping for 1 more season.
