He will hate to play out wide again mate. I think he wants Cesc's role.

That is why we should have really splashed out for an out n out striker and moved RVP to the Bergkamp position

No one's seen what Park can do yet :dontknow:

United signed Hernandez last summer for his potential, look how that turned out.Berbatov cost them a sh*tload of money and he's warming the bench,we just don't know.If a player like Benzema was signed,he could have turned out to be a big flop.

If we played a proper 433 we could get RvP f***ing up shut everywhere ala Messi

Now that I look at it again, it certainly does looks like a 4-3-3. Only with RVP dropping deeper

You'd be fooled into thinking so, though.
Especially seeing as he loves to constantly drop back to pick the ball up from the center of the park

Last night read a cover story about Van Persie in the Four Four Two and have to say that he has such a good head on his shoulders. Reading his story in the Netherlands in the younger years, well I found myself inspired to be frank. He talked about the importance of Bergkamp and only had good things to say about him. It was interesting to read how Cesc had told him that he honestly believed we would have won the league if Van Persie hadn't been unlucky with injuries. Robin said he doesn't understand why he went throught that period (knock on wood) either because he never got injured while younger. I really can't see this guy leaving for any selfish reasons at all, the only reason being the board refusing to buy.

Truesay.

On a separate note; anyone else notice since that miss against Meelan that his chance to goal ratio has dropped to 20% when it was closer to 80% before that?

Yep. He's gone off the boil. He must be knackered since he's been playing the full 90 minutes of nearly every game this season. Ive also mentioned several times that hes been wearing a calf support in training so his fitness is a big concern for me. If we were to lose him for a few weeks or if his form contines to decline we will be very hard pressed to finish in the top 4 IMO.
