That RVP miss

Going over and over it again in my head. 'WHAT IF' being the major question, what if he would of scored that? What if we had got to extra time?

No way can any of us criticise him after what he's done this season, but it must be going through his head right now WTF was he thinking trying to chip the ball from a few yards out. Im seeing it over and over again it's depressing as hell. Do you think this could damage his morale? Maybe comeback stronger? Think's like this can always turn a players head.

RVP will not suffer as a result of that. He's scored 32 goals this season so he won't forget how good he is.

We should all move on stop torturing ourselves with these moments.

RVP is no god .. but his form has been god-like this season. His conversion rate is out of this world. The team did not give him another scoring chance after his miss which is what annoys me more than his miss.. his penalty kick was un-saveable today..

I screamed and nearly lost my voice when RVP missed that chance (I even posted my reaction in the match day thread when it happened -_- ). Was certain that was the goal to see us through :crybaby:

That.

Plus, same way the were lucky not conceding the 4th we were lucky not to concede from their situation right in-front of our goal, so lets call it even.

We should and could have finished this game, I think once Oxlade and Walcott were subbed we didn't have the same aggression we had in the first half and that allowed Milan to get back in the game.

I think it was more because RVP missed it with it being such a shock.

Had it been Chamakh, Gervinho or Walcott you would half expect the miss anyway.
