Robin van Persie is the EA SPORTS Player of the Month for April.
The Dutch forward scooped his third individual award since the turn of the year after scoring four goals in five appearances, taking his 2011 tally to an incredible 18 goals in 20 matches.
Like his team-mates Robin drew a blank against Blackburn but he wrapped up a 3-1 win at Blackpool with a precise finish from Theo Walcott's pass.
The Dutchman slotted home a stoppage-time penalty that looked like bringing three more points against Liverpool and scored at the second attempt in the 3-3 draw at Tottenham. Another fine finish at Bolton underlined just how important Robin is to Arsène Wenger's team.
The vice-captain's form earned him just shy of half the votes cast in the Club's official monthly poll.
Wojciech Szczesny claimed second spot with 21 per cent after a fine month between the posts while March winner Jack Wilshere had to settle for third place.
