i'm sure we have all seen the mens 100 m final .

f%%king wow , how good is usain bolt . he smashed the world record to run 9.69 despite doin the last 15 or so metres with his arms out and slowin down .

just how fast can the human body go over 100 metres ? will someone ever run 9.5's ?

I get goosebumps every time i watch it.

It was an INCREDIBLE run from Bolt, I couldn't believe he did that celebration towards the end and he still smashed the world record. I look foward to seeing what he could do flat out for the whole race. That would be something.

Bolt'll do it, he's more than capable. He's just a smart boy and slowed down so he could beat his own record again...and again...and maybe again. He's super human.

He's in the 200 as well isn't he?

If so, that record surely has to be smashed into oblivion!
