I think he will be because It seems It's in the ministers jurisdiction to do pretty much whatever he wants.

But the grounds on which they're pushing to kick him out this time are hilarious. They're saying Djokovic is a national security risk because him being there is promoting anti-vaxx sentiment and will lead other people not to get vaccinated and not get booster shots.

If anything, the cancellation of the visa itself is what has emboldened the anti-vaxx crowd. If the government didn't create this saga no one would be talking about Djokovic and his anti-vaxx stances. They created this mess.

Surely djokovic did that when he thought he was better than everyone else and should be treated differently

The Djokovic case on some news outlets has hightlighted the plight of the Aussie people. They have been in perpeptual lockdown for nigh on two years as they try to get 0% Covid in the country. In Western Australia people are losing their jobs if they're not double vaxxed and this could be exended to the booster, which is why a lot of Aussies were angry at him for trying to duck the rules that they cannot avoid.

Has to be more than just his stance on not wanting to be forced to have a needle stuck in his arm by the Govt.

Does anyone know if it's final that he gets banned for 3 years to or does he have any possibility of having that reversed?

If it was me I'd have got straight on a plane and left when they first turned me down.

It's at the discretion of the Aussie government who so far have not applied it.

His biggest problem is that now he has confirmed in court that he is unvaccinated - that pretty much bars him from a whole load of Western Countries who currently require Vaccination Certificates to enter - or once entered to then go to public venues (like tennis courts). Can't see any Country now giving Djokovic or any other players an exemption after this ruling.
