Kroenke's NFL team (which just so happens to be my home town team) has drafted the first openly gay NFL player Michael Sam. Most won't care, but it is a big deal as far as the LGB&T community is concerned.

Michael Sam Dallas Cowboys fallout: Christian right plans massive protest in Arlington Group says it's organizing a mass protest against Dallas Cowboys signing Sam to the practice squad 'Jerry Jones has betrayed American values, Christian values, and his own city's values'

There are so many things I admire about the US but I also despair at some of the backward thinking.

More importantly nfl season starts tonight.

Going to Wembley to watch one of the games for the first time ever this year.

Know nothing about the rules but should be fun.

Another season of Russel Wilson being underrated and given the game manager tag.

While the superstar's like RGIII look half as good, he deserves more credit.

Also Sherman closed off 1/3rd of the field yesterday, no one want to throw his way.

The best one is when people say Kaepernick is the better QB... It's OK though, the "game manager" will likely be the owner of two rings come February.

People are always going to give Wilson shit. "Oh, he's too small, he doesn't put up huge numbers, he doesn't have a superstar aura about him yada yada"

The kicker is when you hear, yeah but he is only good because of his defense.lol, Like somehow the defense is taking the offensive snaps for you, a lot of QBs would sink that Seattle set up.

My team looked like a high school football team. Going to be a long season, might not win a game. Number 1 draft pick in 2015 here we come.

Doesn't help much when you lose your starting QB for the year, and then your back up in the first half of the first game.

Are they known as the Arsenal of the NFL whoever your team is?

Also can someone change the title?
