I think you can count on Damon being back. Last night sealed that up. Matsui...who knows. He has no position but he's been hitting. Tough call on that. Maybe west coast bound though. I'll be sad to see him go.

Hairston is a rental, he's gone but no big names needed to replace him. Hopefully Swisher and his nonsense will see some pine if Nady comes back, so we're set on OF.

I haven't heard this Holliday rumor yet but I can't see it, unless like you said, the Yankees lose the series. Ha. Get in there!

Well his agent is that c*** Boras, so that may put us out of the running, it all depends on how much Bay is signed for too, and where.

I was thinking that the yankees would want to keep Matsui cause (even though you don't need it) he brings a lot of revenue in through the Asian markert (this is what I've read somewhere) somehow? Does that sound right at all? If Damon does go though, would you want to see Crawford come in?

Just heard a John Lackey rumbling...if Pettitte retires after this year.

I don't like Carl Crawford playing for us. I guess he is a free agent?
He may stay with Tampa if so...no? Or has he said he is out?

I'd take Crawford, we need some speed in our line-up, you may not though. I believe he's a free agent, but I could be wrong, I heard some sports talk show talking about that possibility, maybe they were thinking that as a replacement for Damon if he left. :dontknow:

Going back a few posts, I've just played rounders (baseball) on the Wii, and it's a doddle. I reckon I could easily do it for a living........ :fishing:
