Hopefully his son will spend all his fortunes and won't be able to buy anymore players for a long time. :sneaky:

I'll be honest...he wasn't really a likeable guy. One good listen to NY sports radio today will make that abundantly clear. Not that people are dancing on his grave, but there's not really any 'bouquet throwing' even up here, if you know what I mean.

Sad day....he is the boss and he brought the success I've witnessed in my lifetime through the 70's until now. Could have been a lot different...

Very true, he cared about winning thats for sure, and didn't care what it took to win. Turned your club around after some bad times, although the Yankees were already a brand name, but he did his part.
