had a fab time at Crystal Palace tonight. Bolt easily won the 100m, Mo Farrah took an exciting 5000m race right at the end, we got 1,2,3 in the womens 800m and won the womens 400m, there was a new british womens record in the pole vault to. Great time

Actually castano I think he'd make any athlete look lame on current form. You gotta take into account he's beating folks and posting fast tiomes AT A CANTER in AWFUL CONDITIONS. Last night he gave Powell, Blake and Bailey a 20 metre head start and still cruised to victory, running into a strong headwind.
Obviously we all wanna see him tested against Gay but, Tyson best to bring his A ga- no sorry, A+ and A star game to the track in Berlin.
