Pretty much.

If I'm really bored I'll have something on in the background but track and field is only thing I take much interest in

All about track and field

Will try to watch 100m final. No idea who will take part. Gatlin and co still around?

Speaking of hot women, the Norwegian beach volleyball team refuse to wear bikini bottoms. Hopefully disqualified and a team who does wear them is in

Absolutely outrageous.
How can they get away with that????????????!
Do they not understand that women beach volleyball is a 4-year highlight?

Women’s beach volleyball has only been on for ten mins and already a wrist injury.

Hopefully I’ll be better by next week!

Great men’s cycling road race yesterday, but the women’s today was rubbish.

Also a huge difference in distance and difficulty between the two.

Some British swimmer wins gold.

Need to do away with these minor sports and get on with the main event

Swimming should be all about the fastest swimmer over the various distances. All the various strokes they indulge is the equivalent of having events like running backwards or hopping around the track.

Yup

That's why I don't consider any swimmer goat Olympian

I remember the bolt v that swimmer who's name I can't remember as the greatest Olympian and people said the swimmer cos he had more golds

I said if bolt was in skipping, running backwards etc races, he'd have just as many

Love the swimming events at the Olympics - especially the relays.
Always great excitement.
I get the point about all the styles, but there are a lot of Olympic sports like that - it's just good to see every 4 years though.

Britain already doing well again at these games.
Great to see!
