Think this might be a 5 series game if it carries on like this, 6 at the most.

if THAT is the move your nbets players comes up with for a potential game tying 3, yeah... prolly in 5

I blame the league for pussy-fying the game, players are rewarded for play acting and drawing "fouls".

Another reason Jordan will always be the GOAT, the type of defending and physicality he had to play against every night is incomparable to the modern day where shooters are overly protected.

They have literally changed rules in order to benefit whoever is on offense.

was talking to a buddy who hates the modern game... and i kinda get it....

and i was saying .....at least Jordan was actually tryna score...down there amongst the violent trees...
these guys just try to draw fouls...

he was plying this idea that you shuld be able to take steph outta the game... i dont think its as easy as that... the arc is alot of linear footage to defend.... and steph can dribble past guys cos hes gota mad handle.,..

anyway.... in one way i think its cool that SHOOTING rules... i mean... im 6'1" and ended up playing against the tallest player in pick up games a lot. and i'd get backed down and banged around by guys who were 3-4 inches taller....
were they BETTER than me? no just bigger.

and i hated shaqs game just bulldozing people... jabbar was superior in so many ways.....

ps- long live spud webb

and sheeeeet... reggie miller was the shizz, right? 39.5% from 3... steph is 43.6 and shoots way more and from farther out...
its kinda crazy... kinda cool.

Sweep.

Won game 4 without KD and Iggy. Would've been a better series against the Nuggets ffs

The Warriors will need KD for Giannis, but the extra rest may mitigate that.

I can't wait to see the Warriors small ball vs Bucks big's.

I almost want KD to miss game 1 so we can see if the Warriors old school line up can handle the Bucks.

Bucks will find GSW speed difficult but GSW will find going to the rim for a lay up almost impossible against the Bucks, not sure how Curry or even Green can get passed their rim defenders.

Finals will be awesome.

the floor is usually spread out so much that defenders are NOT IN THE PAINT...

anyway, your point is still good, DG.

but...how do you defend a dude hitting threes from a yard beyond the arc?

Looks like we might have to cool our jets. Toronto isn't giving up easily.

DeRozan died for this.

Linsanity going to the Finals before Melo. Ibaka going before Harden and Russ. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

The Warriors have to win. Hella annoyed at the constant courtside coverage of Mr. Aubrey "In My Feelings" Graham. And this ain't hockey - a Canadian franchise winning a title in basketball would be a national sporting tragedy on a level not seen since we didn't win gold in basketball at the 2004 Olympics.

Oh well ................

Not gonna lie, wasn't the final I wanted but ......... to the victor go the spoils and fair play to the Raptors, they've never been to the finals so I'm happy for their fans.

This final is going to be a dog fight but .............. Raptors ain't ready for Golden States spread ball offence and their stalwart defending.

My fav player is Steph Curry .......... and he might end up embarrassing Leonard if he gets a hot hand.

I'm gonna be honest Raptors will put up a fight but I don't see how they beat GS.

Will be interesting.

Why would Leonard be embarrassed if Steph gets a hot hand?

You make it sound like Kawhi will be guarding Curry.

He'll be guarding a combination of Klay, KD and maybe Green at times.

And this ain't hockey - a Canadian franchise winning a title in basketball would be a national sporting tragedy on a level not seen since we didn't win gold in basketball at the 2004 Olympics

Not at all the same thing.

Toronto's team is 95% American.

Do they even have a Canadian player?
