A idea for POTW is to PM lets say Fordy with a member name (not yourself) with who you think should be POTW as everyone can vote not just the mods

Nah, seriously, we do take a lot of time deliberating, and it's quality we look at, not quantity, plus the overall contributions. For instance, twenty posts in "Whoever Makes The Last Post Wins" regardless of how hilarious aren't going to win awards! Nicely spreaded quality posts will catch the eye
