I just block people I don't like. Simples.

Of course it's not ideal (why is PLF still allowed on here?), but it gets the job done.

Seriously though it's important that people do report these issues and that they don't feel like they're being a grass or a crybaby.
Firstly because if a thread is getting out of hand we can stop the argument before it gets any worse, and secondly we often don't even know that a fight is taking place at all because we're either not reading that thread or we're not online.

I've missed loads before.

The whole reason things get to a stage where members say why isn't x banned is because no one reports the posts! Staff are not just going to ban someone on someones say so, you need to send/use report post if you think they have said something wrong.

But this has been said a hundred times and no one does it. So if your not going to report things, don't moan for members to be banned.

I had to report Jbandt 5 times and still nothing happend(only 6 months later), so not gonna bother again.
