Recently this forum has descended into utter chaos with childish name calling, flaming an spamming, and it's time it stopped.
Firstly can I draw your attention to the forum guidelines: Click here for details and I would suggest that everyone takes a look at them and takes them on board.
It's becoming something like a Tourettes convention of late as well, is it not possible to hold a civil conversation without making the swear filter work overtime?
This place prides itself as the friendliest Arsenal forum around, and not like all the others. Right now, it's looking like a free-for-all, and it's going to stop. People do have differing opinions, respect that, and argue your point without having to excessively swear and resort to flaming tactics to win. These various threads literally attacking other members for whatever reason, usually because they don't hold the same opinion as yourselves must also cease. For us, it's the same as being the school bully, and we don't want it here, there are plenty of other places out there if you want to act in that manner.
The administrators and moderators will be watching carefully, and a stricter approach will be adopted until everyone calms down a bit. Posts will be deleted without notice, and if necessary, we will use the warning system.
Please calm down everyone, we are here to have fun and enjoy ourselves, to read opinions and discuss them, and that's exactly what it's always been like, and it's exactly how it's going to return to, so to that end we request that if a moderator asks you to stop whatever it is that breaks the guidelines, you do so. We have noted several incidents where people are taking it upon themselves to act as pro-tem moderators. There is a "report post" button, please use that if you believe there to be something wrong, the moderators are there to do this job.
