This is getting beyond a joke. I now am seriouslseriously worried that for a guy to be injured this much is such a crucial development period, we may never see him play at his best :(

This may AW's attempt to prevent him from being picked for the olympics so that he gets a quailty rest this summer and has the chance to heal completely.

Or perhaps that's just me being optomistic :dontknow:

I actually said this a while ago.until he is back and performing he is not the player he was and for all those that continually rate him as highly as when he was injured could well be in for an upset.

If Diaby is infact injured again in has to be time to get rid of him surly!,is would be beyond a joke to continually have his spot taken on the medical bench FFS no matter WAS,there is little potential NOW

Sagna's leg was broken by Johnson's tackle. Out of Euro 2012.

Captain to undergo assessment on leg muscle injury

Czech Republic captain Tomas Rosicky has emerged as an injury concern for Euro 2012 after confirming he is suffering from a leg muscle problem.

Rosicky, who enjoyed a fine second half of the Premier League season with Arsenal, is due to visit a doctor to receive an assessment on the injury.

The 31-year-old is hoping he will then be able to rejoin his international team-mates at a training camp in Austria as the Czechs continue their build-up to the European Championship.

"The muscle is not torn but it is necessary for me to consult a doctor," said Rosicky.

"After that, all being well, I will rejoin the squad."

Viktoria Plzen midfielder Vladimir Darida has been drafted into the training camp as cover, although coach Michal Bilek is optimistic Rosicky will be fit for the tournament.

Bilek said: "For the moment there is no great panic as regards the fitness of Rosicky.

"But if towards the end of the week Tomas is still not 100 per cent ready then Darida will be selected for the Euro, at the expense of an already selected player."

The Czechs have been drawn in Group A at Euro 2012 and will face Russia, 2004 winners Greece and co-hosts Poland in the first round.

To be fair, I have more faith in the Czech medical team than our own.

Either way, let's hope he doesn't end up aggravating it - he was great this season, we'd all like to see him continue that on into the next.

Nearly shit myself when I saw the title... and "muscle injury". As vague as ever!

The good news is that he sounds liek he thinks it's something minor... and of course he's not with the Arsenal medics! I predict a good recovery

And this is the bloke on whose fitness our season will depend . Its baffling how Wenger is going in to next season with him and Wilshere the only options at CAM

Exactly!

On paper, they're both brilliant, and I'd be more than happy to have them rotate in that position throughout the season. But teh reality is they could be out injured by the end of AUGUST!!!

Too much of a risk. Kagawa is needed!

Hey! We also have Diaby!

Yeah, the 3 most injury-prone attacking midfielders in the game right now.

I feel like we should sign Darren Anderton for our coaching staff. Failing that, just sign 'sicknote' for the physios. They can study him and learn
