i thought he has the 2nd most goals on the team

Seems Pep is going to go,on the Cesc thing he just looks out of place on the left, against a 10 man chelski they had no width and playing players like cesc on the left there natural instinct is to play narrow just as Ramsey has with us when played wide left.

It's interesting why he chose to take a year off, maybe he wants to see how thinks work out with AW next season...

He's good friends with AW. Not sure how his style would adapt to the rigours of the English game though.
I'm out, pushed before I could jump.
It was fun.

Burn short, burn bright.
Always Arsenal.

Pep Guardiola to end reign as Barcelona coach in summer

Postby Plymouth Gooner » Sun Apr 29, 2012 7:04 am

Well we saw against chelsea how his tactics are the same as wengers, just keep on doing the same thing regardless of the opponent's tactics.

Every other team in the premiership play ten men behind the ball and let us have the ball on the half way line. We need a manager who will have plans b and c in place, not another wenger type!
Szczesny
Mannone/Fabianski
Sagna--Mertesacker--Vermaelen--Clichy
Jenkinson--????????--Koscielny--Gibbs
????????
Coquelin/Frimpong
Wilshere--????????
Ramsey--Arteta
Walcott---------------Podolski/Cazorla
Chamberlain-------------Rosicky
????????

what other plans can you have against a 10-men-behind-the-ball-team? Barca had no choice than to go full-attack

Barca played with no width,by pulling players wide it creates the space inside for the extra man, playing people like cesc on the left he naturally plays narrow
