Affellay is being Transfer-Listed apparently & is available for £7.3 million according to Barcelona.

Didn't RvP come out a couple weeks ago and say that he was good friends with him?
If that rumor is true I don't see why not go for him. He's a good player.

I just hope whoever Wenger plans on getting is brought in before our pre-season fixtures. The way things were handled last summer was just poor managing, imo

To be fair, the Nasri and Fabregas sagas dragged.
He's already said he aimed to do this summer's business early, did well with Podolski, needs to do more though.
Waiting until after the Euros is what bothers me, that surely is not Wenger's choice. A good tournament and prices will rise, everyone knows this.
