Disagree. This isn't any hanky-panky guy we're talking of. Henry has worked with Wenger, Guardiola, and Ancelotti. He's played in our best team ever and arguably, Barca's best side ever. He's done it all.

It's as much about landing a heavyweight job - like the one with Belgium - than working with Martinez. It's not like a young intern trying to learn from Martinez. If he can't learn anything, as a player, from Pep and Wenger, there's not much he can learn from anyone.

Thing is Martinez will let Henry do more and have more of a say. This isn't work experience, Henry was a world class player who has won the world cup and champions league as a player. He has worked with some of the best coaches and experienced a range of coaching techniques.

Henry's experience will mean the learning will be a two way process and martinez will be learning from Henry too.

At Arsenal Henry would probably be told how to do everything Wenger's way and not given any freedom to use the experience he has.

Still think, Wenger favors Bergkamp over Henry for the manager's job.

Think Bergkamp would probably be the better on the long term but his fear of flying is absolutely massive as a manager

Why would Bergkamp be better?

I actually think of all of our former players Senderos will be the best manager. Speaks loads of languages, has played under a lot of different managers and is much more intelligent than most footballers. The likes of arsene and jose weren't top players, I think his injuries limiting his playing career will also give senderos more hunger to win as a manager.

Bergkamp had little to no reliance on physical attributes when he was playing, instead it was all about his technique and intelligence

With Henry he was obviously still a very intelligent footballer but a lot of his game was based on his speed and strength as well as his technique

Bergi with Henry as his assistant will manage Arsenal to the next league title in 2030 or so :1970_two_smileys_drinking_beer_together.gif:

It's a clear power play. Once Martinez inevitably gets sacked for being shit, Henry takes the reigns and kickstarts the annexation of Belgium for the French. Zenith goes into hiding.

Lol actually people on here that thought the king wouldn't be good at coaching and that 16 year olds would just view him as a normal coach after a few months.

He's also teaching hazard, origami, benteke, lukaku.

Shit if these guys learn anything from henry, he'll just be indirectly strenghtening our rivals players.
