Has looked threatening everytime he's had the ball. Germany's best player so far imo

Man this kid was by far our best prospect when he was like 18...and that's including bellerin...those were the two I thought would for sure make it...

Of course arsenal fans thought he should have been lighting it up for some reason...he was a kid and looked composed in his appearances imo...he didn't fully express himself like he did at u21 but that's to be expected...he deferred to others
Anyone who watched him for u21 knows he was special...ffs he was highly rated in the German setup...still is apparently

The injury destroyed him...then we fckn sent him to pulis who destroyed his confidence...hope he's getting back to his best...will try and find the match

We should send him to Germany on loan

Or as boring as thinking all of our young players are shit because you either haven't heard of them or because they're not first-team regulars yet.

Agreed. Truly thought he was destined for great things and I remember Wenger and some of the senior players like Arteta making similar comments to the press. Damned knee injury at that age for a pacey player - nothing worse. Oh and a stint with Pulis to rub salt in the wound
