Massimo Busacca was announced as the new head of referees for FIFA today. He, of course, is better known for showing Van Persie a second yellow at the Camp Nou last season.
Just when I didn't think my level of disdain for FIFA could go any higher...

This guy doesn't deserve to ref an under 11 girls division 5 game,never mind be head of the refs ffs.To this day I still find it amazing that he has not had to defend his decision to send off Van Persie,FIFA/UEFA are so corrupt now its just not funny anymore
