I'm confused here.

On this article it says it will be Dundee then further down mentions Dunfermlkine staying there.

Maybe they mean if Rangers go to Div 1 it will be Dundee, if they go to Div 3 it will be Dunfermline.

Yeah probably, as it looks like it'll be Division 1, not 3 now.

I think thats wrong. Just been reading a few articles on it. Also arnt they talking about merging the 2 in 13/14, which means they will end up at the top again.

Although saying that, I wonder how many players are going to stay there.

SSN were reporting that they'll get relgated to the first divison now.

On the players from, only 4 players have said they are willing to have thier contracts transferred, while a shit load of others have refused/left as thier contract is up.

Stoke are apparently signing Jamie Ness.

How can they be relegated? I thought there was no Rangers left to be relegated. The new club, whatever it shall be called will be a brand new club and thus should have to apply to be in division 3. It is a sham to get "the new Rangers which isn't Rangers" back to the top faster. I have been reading the Scottish football forum posted earlier and SFL fans are furious.

Should have added them to the english league, would create more competition and they could rise up fast. Players would probably have stayed at the prospect of it to.

They may as well put them in to Div 3 rather than make them apply.

There will be a spot missing in the league if they don't. I doubt a non-league club would stand any chance of fighting them for the Div3 place.

Here is my thought. I really dont think many players will be flocking to the newco team as it just has the stink of possible criminality to it, as well as unfair management and ownership. Personally, Rangerhuns deserve punishment and a drop to the bottom, if not to the English FA. My other opinions are purely political and I'll leave them to meself.

Big financial and viewing blow for the spl, I think this could ruin the whole league and along with it, other clubs

My thought exactly. Not to mention no 'Old Firm' next season.
