£75m is looking like a bargain.

Its just too easy for Barca.

The weather seems incredible. I mean, if you could be a millionaire and live in Spain or England, which would you choose?

Only if I was playing for a London based club. Imagine being stuck in Liverpool 6 days of the week.

Exclusive: Man Utd's pursuit of Bale looks over as Real Madrid star agrees bumper new deal

Bale's admirers at Old Trafford will have to accept the 27-year-old is staying in Spain after agreeing a six-year deal worth around £350,000 a week.

The eye-watering £91m deal represents an increase on the £300,000 a week the Welshman agreed on moving from Tottenham three years ago.

The son of a school caretaker, Bale snubbed United in favour of Real, who decided to step up their efforts to keep him long-term following his performances at Euro 2016.

Bale has made it clear he is happy living in the Spanish capital and Real will now look to build a side around him as fellow galactico Cristiano Ronaldo approaches the twilight of his career at the age of 31.

Bale’s focus this week won’t be on his bank balance – he spearheads a new challenge for the Welsh when they begin their World Cup qualifying campaign at home to Moldova tomorrow.

And manager Chris Coleman has warned their Group D rivals that Bale will be better than ever.

Coleman's men are still on a high after reaching the semi-finals of Euro 2016 in France, where Bale played a pivotal role by scoring in all three group games - the first player to do so since 2004.

And Coleman warned he hasn’t stopped improving yet. The Welsh boss said: “Gareth scored inside 75 seconds of Real’s first game of the season but I never get surprised by him.

“I know he’s capable of almost anything and I think Madrid are very excited about the future. They recognise that they’ve got someone who’s going to be there for a while and is capable of winning everything.

“He’s getting better and better still. Along with that incredible ability, he’s got first-class mentality. It’s a winning formula.”

Wales are without injured Euro 2016 heroes Aaron Ramsey and Jonathan Williams.

Bale has made it. On Rooney wages now lol

I remember when there used to be a debate as to whether Bale or Theo was the superior player lmao
