Wenger - Club is considering Twitter policy
Arsène Wenger admits the Club is thinking about the best way for its players to use Twitter following a number of high-profile incidents involving Premier League stars.
The social networking website made the headlines recently after West Ham defender Danny Gabbidon was handed an FA charge after comments posted on his account.
Wenger has always stressed he has no intention of banning his player from Twitter but revealed on Thursday that the way it is being used is being discussed.
“We are thinking about how to use it the best way,” said the manager. “At the moment we allow it.
“It can be very positive because it can be a good communication for the players with the fans which doesn’t exist anymore.
“It can as well have negative repercussions for the clubs if it is not well used. So we are thinking about it and we will see what kind of direction we will go.”

Me too, in fact, I don't think they should have it all, I know you can't control players much outside of work, but I know if I was a professional athlete of any sort, I wouldn't have one. Its way too easy to post when you're frustrated and say the wrong things, and athletes words are scrutinized heavily.
