Personally, i think the onus should be on Arshavin to repay Zenit.

Igor Monchev on Talk Sport (as I type this):

Arshavin is still in London but no one is quite sure what he is doing. Apparently Arsenal is close to agreeing a £15 million fee for him. Arsenal are trying to save on his personal contract atm (i.e. wages) and that is the main obstacle at the moment (apparently).

He's actually working his way round the 'Definitive' list he is at present in Wagamamas in Les Sq.

i hope its still on i don't know if Arshavin is the man to lift Arsenal but we need someone and i don't think Wenger can sit on his hands again. We gotta do something.
