RUGBY FANS , FOOTY FANS

why is it that we have all watch a great world cup but not seen one bit of trouble from rugby fans from across the world.
when if it football its on the news every night

i think it because all rugby fan go for the right reason , to watch the game and enjoy it whatever the result

the player never argue with the refs decision even if he give a penalty in the last minute they get on with it

they play rough but never dive or try to cheat

ive notice that even if the other team score a cracking try they appreciate the quality of it

thought please

I know people where I used to work who would not go to Cas V Featherstone. Very, very bad game!!

I remember going once when I used to watch Cas all the time. I'm sure our Jon can remember more about it than me.

yeah agree, been to quite a lot of scotland rugby matches, atmosphere is totally different to football,

fans integrated, sing songs for their team, little or no heckling against the opponents

sort of a "may the best man win attitude"

if only the rugby players & fans attitudes could rub off on some football players/fans

you could say the players are more educated than footy player but that dont explain why the fan are giants of men but there gentlemen

i watch the world cup 12 years ago in austalia and i think we beat oz or new zealand and the pub was full and every one screaming and shouting with excitment , but when we won that game everyone just shook hands and drank together

It's because Rugby Union fans are a set of girls.

As our Trina and Fordy mentioned, get yourself down to Castleford V Featherstone, Castleford V Wakefield or Castleford V Leeds. At the other side of the boarder it's St Helen's V Wigan, St Helens V Warrington etc.

People just hear about it in football with how popular it is.
