Ryo and AOC in the wings and Robin and Theo upfront. Today, people were scard to pass the ball around as the most obvious option had 2 opposition fielders covering them. Move Theo upfront, this gives Robin some one to work with. This gives the entire back 4 something else to worry about. But knowing Wenger, I think he will go for Lansbury, Aron and Samir. The most irritating thing is he will pick Arshavin again.

The thought I woke up with is whilst Wenger is the master of knowing when to move a player on, that ability does not extend to knowing when to move himself on. Nor is there anyone in the club's hierarchy willing or able to take that decision. Has there been a power vacuum for the past 4 or 5 years? Yes I think so. Does Kroenke's takeover mean that will change? Doesn't look like it

I thought Walcott took the number 14 for a reason. put him in the henry role with van persie playing the bergy role behind him. nasri replacing pires out on the left but cutting inside and overlapping with walcott. gervinho doing the same on the right hand side, with wilshere coming up through the centre and song anchoring it all.

^^I like the idea , but Walcott is not suited for leading the line because , he lacks hold up play and lacks physical presence. We can successfully employ a 4-4-1-1 if we had somebody like a Benzema . We can employ Bendtner[I know he is shit, but that is his natural position ] there though , till we sign some quality CF.

I have just posted a formation in 'Squad Analysis' thread where i have Bendy leading the line with RVP behind him . Bendy is not up to the quality we we should be looking for , but having said that he is much much better than Chamakh .I want Bendy to be given a start next game as a CF with RVP playing off him and Theo and Gervinho on the flanks in a 4-4-1-1.

Anyone who watched the game yesterday and wants to do a match report, feel free to and post it in the match report section. Only one is needed.

I'm guessing "we played shit and we lost" isn't sufficient? Otherwise, feel free to use that
