The UK had an incredibly good deal in the EU and were granted a great number of special exceptions that other countries didn't enjoy.

Now we're likely going to have to adopt a great number of EU policies as part of the EEA despite now having no say in policy making and whenever we go to other countries looking for trade deals, we'll be in a weakened position to negotiate because they all know we're in need of new deals now more than ever and our the indecision is weakening our economy.

You can proclaim how you were right all along because the country hasn't sunken into the north Atlantic yet but you can't ignore the fact that the pound is at a 30-year low, our credit rating has been downgraded and a recession looks to be on the horizon. The real effects of Brexit will be felt in the years to come as we actually start the process of leaving. Thousands of jobs will be lost.

The fact that you're in here ignoring all of the negative effects we've already seen and proclaiming that everything is fine because we're speaking to China about a trade deal just exposes your ignorance.

Rowdy, like the majority of the Leave crowd, have just had enough of experts with their "facts" and their "data".

Shut up Callum, you pansy!!

Look ive made it very clear for ages that I expect the coming few years to be difficult for our economy. However in the long run this will be fantastic for us, particularly as the Eurozone goes into total chaos once the Italian banks go into meltdown.

Relax my remain friends, trust in the brave majority who voted leave, we know what we are doing....stiff upper lip and all that.

Callum, all that shows is that we never truly believed in the EU to begin with.

We didn't take the Euro we kept the pound, we fought or tried to change loads of EU regulation even though to no avail.
Even Juncker said we were always difficult, they gave us that status for the funds we pay into the EU and the Nuclear power we are including the fact that we are the buyers in these trade deals and the 5th largest Economy so obviously they granted us a special membership.

Once again why would we need a "special" membership if the EU was so great? we should have been all in.

Your 2nd point is not right either, we may have to take part in Free Movement "if" its a trade for the single market access but we do not have to accept any other policy, we could also vote out any undesirable policies we don't like.

As I said we are the buyers, the EU are only interested in the UK taking their burden of FM, other than that they couldn't care less, they want / need us to share the migrants, that is their nightmare that the UK closes her borders and deports meaning more migrants for France and Germany.

What's the point of whinging about it now anyway? It's over, we're not in the EU, we've gotten through the allowed whinging period of a month and taken full advantage, now full steam ahead.

Yet to see a single net benefit.

Robbed of the citizenship of 27 countries for nothing. Our country a laughing stock for nothing. Our union at risk for nothing. Jobs at serious risk for nothing.

Woohoo we're signing a trade deal with Australia.
