I wish the Palm Pre had better apps... It would be immense for me to get games like Mario and Pokeman; games that you can sadly get on the Iphone or blackberry :(

I just got Installous (for jailbroken iPods only Popey!) and it's awesome, free apps that would cost you on the Apple Store. :)

mhmm...my ipod touch is on version 3.1.3 and this one is for 3.1.2. I will wait till they get a new version.

I think there's some way of going back to 3.1.2 but if you don't wanna then you shouldn't have to wait too long until they crack 3.1.3.
