Wonder how it actually works, the last day.
Millions of phone calls, emails, faxes etc
Wonder if once they learn they aren't going to get player A they then switch to player B or do they have contingency plans already lined up - so lots of nearly deals broken.
Wonder if they have a hit list on the back of an envelope. What time did it all kick off 5am, 6am maybe? Or was it on going all last night?
