I'm well aware, my best friend is going through the same shit. He is a better father than I am admittedly and he gets hell from his sons mother. It is sad that the courts in this country always favor the woman, and that all the bad fathers out there give all the good fathers a bad name and have ruined it for them all. Plus the amount one has to pay in child support is absolutely outrageous!!!! What I don't get is, they take more from you if you make more, how the f**k does a child need more of anything just because you make more money. It's a f***ing joke!!

CSA is a load of shite. My chap has been fighting to see his daughter since she was born (6 years). Eventually they tracked her down, it went through courts, she decided he wasn't the dad so it took nearly a year for the DNA test to be done. As soon as it was, bang she claims CSA and they take a fecking fortune. The courts say he has to have access. She lets him meet his daughter once and then has done a runner to Spain. So we're left paying CSA, solicitor and court fees which have amounted to thousands and he still isn't seeing his daughter!!! They are now trying to track her down and have been since January. Yet he still has to pay CSA, its a joke.

Yeah thats what she should of done, so the court are not happy. She took the little one out of school and the school say other parents have said she's moved to SPain. The tracking agency has taken 6 months and still not found her. Surely they could check her bank and see where she is withdrawing money!

It is Trina. I believe the same thing happens here too. It's as if the courts assume that all fathers are shit. Now, there are many fathers that are shit, and deserve whatever they get, but the problem is they have the same rules/laws for the good fathers, and they get f***ked.
